The Penultimate Weekend

It is scary to believe that the penultimate weekend has passed and I will be back to work and E will be starting "school" in just a matter of days. Yikes! Undeterred by this scary news, we had a great weekend filled with a few firsts, lots of shopping and celebrating a birthday up in Athens.

Since my time photographing these events will be winding down soon, here are a few shots of E playing in his room. Much to our relief, the "original going home outfit" still fits. It will be really sad when we have to pack this outfit away.

Even if this weekend was a disaster from a sleeping at night point of view, E was a champion shopper. This weekend, whether it was getting his "school supplies" ready, shopping for his buddy, Myles or shopping for his upcoming 3 month photo shoot during his first trip to Lenox, E was a champ. Thanks for cooperating buddy!

E was excited to shop for his buddy, Myles.

He was much less excited about Lenox Mall.
We also had success introducing E to Korean food...apparently, he likes Honey Pig (and Hansel & Gretel) as much as we do.

Last, but not least, happy birthday to Mr. Myles - E had fun celebrating at his first birthday party, though he was worn out by the end...

Hope everyone has a great week. Don't tell E (or our pediatrician) this, but we'll be celebrating my last full week of baby vacation by introducing sleep training. Should be interesting!
