It is Monday evening Wednesday morning (E is not liking me blogging this week) and our house is empty yet again. I can't believe the visit with my sister and parents is already over. Given that E hardly slept at night while they were here, I guess it is not all bad to get back to normal. Nevertheless, it was so great to visit with E's grandparents and Auntie Allison, and even to sneak in a visit with close friends from Athens and their adorable one year old. At least we have Auntie Allison's visit in June to look forward to!!!
Thank you Allison for a week of wonderful eating. We were so lucky to have a trained chef staying with us...and we are also thankful for our foodie friends for pointing us in the direction of some amazing tamales. Here is a small sampling of the yummy food that was created and consumed during our "family week." What a great food week!

Raw Kale Salad:

Shopping at Belk - E was a very patient little boy...
But, I think E loves Target the best so far!

Last, but not least, thank you J for putting up with my family - we love you!
Happy Wednesday everyone. Hopefully, we'll be back later today or tomorrow with the weekly photo-shoot.
