Movin' On - Weeks 50-52

We are moving on. No, we are not quitting the blog, though it might have seemed like that the past few weeks. Nope, we are moving on as in E is moving on from being a baby (sniff, sniff, as I write this, he is already 1) and we are officially moving. Somewhere between weeks 50 and 52, we managed to get our house ready to show (exhausting) and to get a contract on our house (thanks, debbie).

So, while we are keeping our fingers and toes crossed that all goes well with the house, we figured it was about time to talk about E. Throughout this house madness, our little boy has continued to grow and to entertain us. It is crazy to believe the baby days are behind us. Here is a look at those last few weeks of babydom.

As E has approached his first birthday, he has definitely become more confident pulling up on everything...here he is showing off his skills as he tries to "help" around the house.

 

Another development, E officially loves his car. Watch out everyone...

I don't know what it is, but the chair has become one of the best spots for photos around the house. I'm going to miss this special nook.

 How could we not include these? Our good luck flowers from Trader Joe's.

This was too funny not to include...I promise nothing shady was going on, but E did manage to locate red dixie cups in the pantry the other day. Hmmn....

 

Last, but not least, E at one of our many restaurant stops...thank you Mr. E for putting up with all of the chaos (and our weekend of being refugees). The past few weeks have been crazy, but you have been quite the trooper. We love you!!!

I guess this means it is time to plan someone's party and to make some party hats. Oh happy day!
