Wow! I feel like it has been ages since I logged into the blog. Oops. Well, before it becomes Week 17, here are some highlights from the 16th week.
As nothing overly dramatic took place, the highlights of the week included a trip to Decatur to introduce E to Farm Burger and to fix Bob's wheel. We also ventured down the road to meet Baby H. Here's hoping that E and Baby H become best buds.
On the home front, in between finally planting tomatoes and attempting our first paleo recipe and meal, J assembled a new spaceship exersaucer for E after we learned that he loves the exersaucer at his school. Even if we end up striking out with the tomatoes (it's not looking great right now) and going paleo, the earliest signs seem to show that Mr. E will love his new toy. That's enough for us!
The Official Week 16 Pics
(aka - Mr. E loves his hands this week)
The most successful house project of the week - the exersaucer. Though initially skeptical, we think E will eventually become a fan. Thanks J for putting it together.
Pre-Father's day bonding:
The first paleo recipe - not bad. Morrocan Mash. Secretly, I think we cheated by adding blue cheese crumbles to the salad. Oh well, close enough for a first try.

Last, but not least, the "B-Sides"
Hope everyone has (or has had) a great week!
